About the role
Reporting to SSE Customer Support and Training Manager, you are primarily responsible for providing Aspen SKUA and ROXAR software support and training to our users in India and Asia Pacific. You are expected to travel on a regular basis to countries in the region to deliver training and onsite support.
What you'll do
- Develop long-term relationships with the user base you are assigned to support, learning about their concerns and their challenges
- Participates and contributes content to knowledge development and/or training programs through the organization and hosting of training or workshops activities
- Participate in local industry events and tradeshows (as needed)
