Lead Network Engineer

About the role

You will be a senior technical contributor and a natural team lead for the WiFi and LAN area. You will help the team plan and prioritise work, coordinate technical activities, and ensure consistent and well-aligned delivery. This is a role where leadership is combined with means stepping away from engineering.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the team, including planning, prioritisation and coordination of work
• Coach and support engineers, encourage knowledge sharing and help the team grow its technical capability
• Acting as a contact for network infrastructure within all the global regions
• Work closely with customers and colleagues worldwide on service enquiries, incidents, changes and improvements
• Collect requirements and feedback from customers and stakeholders, then translate them into practical solutions
