About the role
The is a role within the network organisation of the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) covering the DDI area and possesses a senior knowledge. The role is operating the DNS-DHCP-IPAM (DDI) and NTP based services, developing future designs and facilitate service management. Functions that are managed include integration, service quality, keeping SLAs, service process improvements and communication with both Divisions and internal resources.
What you'll do
- Presenting technical aspects of the product to customers/stakeholders in regular forums
- Participate and maintain the service roadmap
- Collecting feedback and requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements
- Participating in evaluation efforts on new vendor products along with the development leads
