About the role
MNC culture exposure is necessary. Overall responsibility for running the production with particular focus on Health & Safety, APS (Autoliv Production System), Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery performance targets and ensures that regulations regarding Labour law, quality and environmental issues are met all times.
What you'll do
- Ensure all production teams are effectively resourced and are working to the standard processes defined in the APS system
- Optimize the manufacturing and support processes to ensure work instruction process adherence
- Analyze and follow up on the quality reports
- Prepare budget requirements for investment, costs and expenses based on Production Plan
- Recommend or initiate personnel action such as disciplinary and discharge measures
