What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relations with the channel partners
- Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given circle
- Work closely with the State Head to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets
- Ensure proper planning and execution of the business strategies rolled out for all channels in the circle
- Planning and implementing activities for the channels as well as partners resulting in business growth
