About the role
The incumbent will responsible for increasing company’s productivity by helping the sales force and channel partners to acquire new skills and knowledge through the L & D framework for South zone.
What you'll do
- Primary responsibility is to cater the functional training needs of the organization for South zone
- Developing content for the sales force as per the requirement
- Conducting the training need analysis for the sales force and helping the individual to develop the required skill and competency in discussion with the business head
- Preparing the training calendar for the sales force as per the L & D framework
- Designing & implementation of training modules(Online/offline) related to products, equity market debt market, MF, PMS, AIF
