What you'll do
- Train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition (Demat & trading a/c) numbers and revenue products
- Be well versed with products related to equity markets and wealth products
- Be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
- Be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
- Be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target
