We are looking for a diligent and analytical Senior BIU Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding business processes, identifying data-backed opportunities, and implementing data initiatives to drive business success.
What you'll do
- Analyze business processes and identify data-backed opportunities to drive improvements in customer acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell
- Take ownership of the product/customer lifecycle, partnering with sales, product, marketing
- Investigate business inefficiencies and underperformance, boldly suggesting changes to the business model where necessary
- Go beyond conventional data analytics, using novel ways to answer management questions through the use of data proxies, data enrichment, and data visualizations
