About the role
To search for and recover 7+ accounts through repossession and settlement through specialized agencies who has capacity for repossession and finding suitable vendors to enroll for repossession and recovery.
What you'll do
- Create network of repossession and settlement agencies to cover the portfolio
- Conduct local events on a frequent basis to handle the repossession and settlement target on a day-to-day basis
- Set DRR for team and track team performance
- Where team performance is low suitable intervention for improvement
- Design local compensation structure for agencies to improve collections
