About the role
A Product Planning and Development Manager develops products by identifying potential products, conducts market research, determines product specifications and develops product strategies to ensure growth on the top line and bottom line Quadricycle category management (360o Product management - Product positioning, sales, marketing, customer insight & market feedback)
What you'll do
- Plan yearly budget in alignment with the business plans and manage the cash flow to ensure profitability
- Analyse and update concerned data regarding all the key variables that impact Gross Margin for products
- Devise and plan product strategies to ensure growth on the top line and bottom line, and spread is achieved
- Devise and implement product mix & pricing strategies
- Defining a product roadmap and long- term strategy for the various products
