What you'll do
- Support the administration of the firm's compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation review processes
- Maintain compensation, job, and organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, and evaluate internal and external compensation trends
- Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the maintenance of salary structures and job classifications
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support
