What you'll do
- Support day-to-day HR operational transactions for U.S. Operations, including new hires, employee changes, and terminations in the HRIS system
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee information and HR records accurately and on time
- Support new-hire and promotion acknowledgements, agreements, and related employee documentation
- Conduct periodic data and process checks and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Monitor the People Solutions Helpdesk and provide timely Level 1 support for employee questions, HR processes, and policy-related requests
