What you'll do
- Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve simple scheduling conflicts by presenting potential solutions and escalate as necessary
- Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets
- Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals, experience, and areas of development
- Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, projections and more to leverage resources
