Collections Associate Analyst

About the role

The Collections Analyst executes collection activities and reconciles accounts for low-complexity third-party customers and/or regions in a timely manner. The role manages customer communications, supports payment application and billing-discrepancy follow-up, monitors portfolio KPIs, assists with audit preparation, participates in small projects, and identifies improvements to collection processes.

What you'll do

• Contact low-complexity customers through different communication channels, including email, telephone, and approved messaging channels
• Provide the Accounts Receivable team with the information required to apply received payments and keep customer information updated in the GetPaid collections tool
• Communicate billing discrepancies reported by customers to the appropriate team for resolution
• Participate in ad hoc meetings with customers and business teams
• Comply with the processes and requirements established in the applicable guidelines
