About the role
The Semi-Senior Collections Analyst executes collection activities and reconciles accounts for low- and medium-complexity third-party customers and/or regions in a timely manner. The role manages customer communications, supports payment application and billing-discrepancy follow-up, monitors portfolio KPIs, assists with audit activities, participates in medium-sized projects, and identifies improvements to collection processes.
What you'll do
- Contact low- and medium-complexity customers through different communication channels, including email, telephone, and approved messaging channels
- Provide the Accounts Receivable team with the information required to apply received payments and keep customer information updated in the GetPaid collections tool
- Communicate billing discrepancies reported by customers to the appropriate team for resolution
- Participate in ad hoc meetings with customers and business teams
- Comply with the processes and requirements established in the applicable guidelines
