About the role
The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst executes and analyzes the accounting of accounts-receivable processes in accordance with established service-level agreements. The role controls closing and core activities, resolves customer-account requests, coordinates with Collections and other accounting teams, supports audits and internal controls, prepares year-end footnotes and analytics, and implements process improvements and automation.
What you'll do
- Execute and control accounts-receivable closing activities
- Execute and control core activities, including cash application, customer refunds, and payment-term extensions in accordance with applicable guidelines
- Resolve ad hoc requests related to customer accounts
- Act as the point of contact for Collections and other accounting areas
- Participate in and coordinate activities related to medium- and large-scale projects
