About the role
The Project Accounting Manager leads project accounting and asset accounting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The role manages and develops the team, partners with internal stakeholders, oversees project and asset data quality, and ensures SLA adherence.
What you'll do
- Understand stakeholder requirements and provide timely, practical, and solution-oriented support
- Develop strong end-to-end process knowledge to effectively support business partners
- Ensure compliant and efficient delivery by establishing technical standards, controls, and process guidelines
- Collaborate with Book-to-Report teams across regions on operational activities and strategic projects
- Provide disciplinary leadership, including work allocation, target setting, performance management, and continuous feedback
