About the role
The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategic Field Marketing initiatives to drive business growth, customer engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation for Leica Microsystems in India. This is an onsite role based in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, neurosurgeons, healthcare practitioners, hospitals, and medical societies
- Develop and execute KOL engagement plans by building and maintaining the annual KOL pipeline to drive clinical advocacy, scientific collaboration, and product adoption
- Coordinate KOL participation in CMEs, workshops, congresses, webinars, speaker programs, and advisory boards
- Support development of clinical testimonials, case studies, and customer success stories
- Plan and execute CME programs, surgical workshops, hands-on training sessions, scientific meetings, and conferences
