About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to oversee application support operations, ensure application availability, coordinate with vendors, and support business and regulatory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in application support and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Support the operational team in the timely resolution of application issues in coordination with application vendors and internal teams
- Ensure smooth functioning, availability, and performance of business applications
- Review and understand Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and support application enhancements and change requests
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-deployment validation activities
- Monitor application health and ensure minimal downtime through proactive support and issue management
