About the role
Seeking an experienced Oracle GTM Consultant with strong expertise in FTA/Trade Agreements. Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM solutions for duty programs, Rules of Origin (ROO), certificate management, and trade compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, managing trade agreement attributes, partner regions, effective dating
- Design and execute FTA qualification strategies aligned with business and regulatory needs
- Configure and interpret ROO rules such as Tariff Shift, RVC, de minimis, and process rules; perform BOM-based qualification for manufactured and bought-out products
- Manage requalification due to BOM, supplier, or regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain Trade Item Structures (BOMs), ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of origin data, and RVC inputs
