What you'll do

• Lead engaging facilitation sessions where open ended questions are used to gain insight and complex topics are translated into practical, actionable insights
• Can demonstrate leading successful executive offsites with Sr. Executives
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen skills and capabilities across multiple global audiences
• Develop scalable training programs using AI as a development partner and that are grounded in adult learning theory to improve knowledge retention and application
• Evaluate program effectiveness using both traditional methods and AI-driven insights, iterating rapidly to improve learning outcomes, scalability
