Work Management Systems Engineer

About the role

This role plays a critical part in maturing our engineering work management and software delivery ecosystem , ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure usage of Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and GitHub across diverse technical and business teams. This role will help shape standards, drive operational excellence, and ensure data hygiene, access control, security, and governance practices that support engineering, product, and project delivery at scale.

What you'll do

• Platform Administration & Governance
• Own the administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of Azure DevOps , Atlassian Jira , and GitHub , including enterprises, organizations, projects
• Maintain alignment with established A zure DevOps governance practices and data hygiene expectations, including support for work item hierarchy, backlog structures
• Administer GitHub Enterprise and organization settings, user and team access, repository lifecycle, licensing, authentication and identity integrations
• Define and enforce usage standards, fields, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and reliable reporting across teams
