As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop one to two recruiters providing guidance on best practices, process improvements and professional development
- Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Create a positive candidate experience during the recruiting process by providing timely feedback and updates and other tactics
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees, and cultivate referrals
- Strong sourcing background using various methods and technology
