About the role
The India HR Compliance Manager – Employment Law is responsible for ensuring adherence to Indian employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies across our India operations. This specialized individual-contributor role manages employment-related compliance processes, advises on policy governance and the employee life cycle, and mitigates risk through proactive monitoring and practical guidance.

- Manage compliance with key Indian labor law requirements, including but not limited to: Gratuity Act
- Shops & Establishments Act (state-specific)
- POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act
- Severance and separation-related compliance
