About the role
Senior Manager – Partnership Tax Compliance (Operating Partnerships, Real Estate & Private Equity) We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Partnership Tax Compliance to lead the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services for clients in the Operating Partnerships, Real Estate, and Private Equity sectors.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end partnership tax compliance engagements for clients across Operating Partnerships, Real Estate, and Private Equity industries
- Review complex Federal, State, and Local Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1065 and related schedules), ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws
- Review and oversee the preparation of taxable income calculations, book-to-tax adjustments, and partnership allocations
- Manage compliance for multi-state partnerships, including state apportionment, composite returns, withholding requirements, and nexus considerations
- Provide technical guidance on partnership tax matters, including allocations under IRC Section 704, basis calculations, distributions
