About the role
Primary responsibility procurement of Projects & capex purchases related activities mainly all Civil work, Infrastructure, Furnishing, Clean-Room, HVAC, Structures & Fabrication jobs etc. Also looking various requirements of Utility, Process & Lab equipment’s, Warehouse & Mechanical requirements Project proposal Budget estimation for approval -Pre Indenting Activities
What you'll do
- Receive & Verify the Indent, accumulate all the details, sourcing of Competent Vendors & Floating Enquiries
- Make Techno-Commercial evaluation and make comparison of the received offers, Negotiation for lowest possible Value & align commercial Terms and find best solutions
- Follow up with vendors for Delivery, Order Executions up to satisfactory for order completion up to the account closing, warrantee periods etc
- Ensure proper Post Delivery Documentation by respective Plant Stores in charge, End-Users & Tech.& Projects Team i.e. Inspection Report/Installation Report, GRN
