About the role
Management of stores activities for Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finished goods storage, Dispensing & Dispatch of Raw materials and Finished goods. Training of the staff / workmen at their area of workers as per SOP. To ensure quality and cGMP compliance of the products being manufactured.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily, fast-paced warehouse activities, including receiving, processing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and ensure optimal stock levels
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
- Coordinate with suppliers/drivers, optimize layout for maximum space utilization, and improve workflows
- Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
