About the role
Issue Proforma Invoice for Advance & LC orders & sending PFI to Marketing department for MI. Issue the Bond Invoice to start the process of Packing. Issue the Bar-Codes (GTIN) Label for all Products before shipment is dispatch. Coordination with Internal Departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, QC, and all other internal departments for execution of orders.
What you'll do
- Issue Proforma Invoice for Advance & LC orders & sending PFI to Marketing department for MI
- Issue the Bond Invoice to start the process of Packing
- Issue the Bar-Codes (GTIN) Label for all Products before shipment is dispatch
- Coordinate with all relevant departments for smooth operations
- Keep 100% checklist of entire documentation related to Export Shipment
