Production Line Manager - Tap Hole Clay at Calderys Career Opportunities. Lead and manage the Tap Hole Clay (THC) production line, ensuring consistent product quality, safe operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with Calderys’ IMS.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end production of Tap Hole Clay
- Manage processes including raw material handling, batching, mixing/kneading, extrusion or briquetting, aging, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure strict adherence to approved formulations, SOPs, and process control plans
- Coordinate with QA/QC for testing, defect analysis, and implementation of CAPA
- Drive reduction in batch variation, customer complaints, and field performance issues
