What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end production of acidic and basic castables and steel casting fluxes
- Ensure compliance with product quality parameters (flow, setting time, CCS, HMOR, slag resistance, flux melting behavior)
- Drive production planning, yield improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and statutory requirements
- Lead and develop production teams; manage shifts and manpower planning
