About the role
The Assistant Analyst - Health & Safety, will report to the India H&S manager and will be responsible for the implementation of Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures within the Noida office location relative to people, projects, and premises. The Assistant Analyst - Health & Safety, will be responsible for the following deliverables within the Noida office location:
What you'll do
- Responsible for the implementation of Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures within the Noida office location relative to people, projects, and premises
- Facilitate the local implementation of the India H&S strategy, H&S Management System in line with ISO 45001 and the Global Expectations for Managing Health & Safety
- Work collaboratively with the internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the Health & Safety Management System is effectively implemented locally
- Assess the H&S training needs, plan & organize the necessary H&S training programs to cover the employees based in Noida office
- Monitor the H&S performance periodically and communicate to the H&S Manager
