About the role
Responsible for reviewing a full range of professional service contracts and associated documents. Providing clear and concise feedback on contract risks and conduct follow up calls with colleagues to discuss, where required in a timely manner. Proactively managing and leading negotiations. Establishing and maintaining good professional relationships with the business, as well as with external parties such as clients and their legal counsel.
