What you'll do
- The consultant will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders to automate commission calculations, incentive plans, quotas
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM)
- Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting, and commission rules
- Design earnings calculations and incentive payout processes
