- Design learning architectures, learning journeys, and experience strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead learning design workshops and collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and delivery teams
- Create learning blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, and curriculum frameworks
- Ensure learning solutions are scalable, engaging, learner-centric, and aligned with adult learning principles
