What you'll do
- The role owns the end-to-end shaping, mobilisation and delivery of enterprise transformation – process reengineering, operating model change, digital and data platforms
- Stakeholder leadership and CXO communication : operate as the single point of confidence for the CEO/CXO group
- Brief leadership with clarity, candour and a clear ask; report honestly including bad news; and hold alignment across function heads, plant and market leadership
- Surface resistance early and distinguish genuine business objection from turf protection
- Program shaping and value ownership – convert leadership intent into a sequenced roadmap, funding envelope and defensible business case
