About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Salesforce team responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), and Net Zero Cloud. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and ownership of release management practices.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and support resources
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Remain hands-on with Salesforce development, integrations, and technical problem-solving where required
- Drive release management and CI/CD best practices using tools such as GitHub and Jira
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions
