What you'll do
- Lead the assembly operations for reciprocating compressors, ensuring adherence to daily production targets
- Supervise and guide assembly teams
- Ensure compliance with mechanical drawings, specs, tolerances, standard assembly procedures and shop testing standards
- Review and improve SOPs, work instructions, and workflow efficiency in the assembly & testing area
- Monitor and control quality at each stage of assembly; coordinate with QA/QC for stage and final inspections
