About the role
You will actively connect with colleges, students, professionals, and corporate clients, fostering partnerships and supporting our mission to eradicate unemployability. In this role, you'll also assist in operational tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to large-scale events like the Jobs, Internships & Entrepreneurship (JIE) Expo , Dolphin Tank India, IAC Excellence Awards
What you'll do
- Community & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and corporate partners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Resolve queries, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Community Management & Growth : Promote participation in IAC events, ensure a positive experience for members, and identify opportunities to expand the community
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to align initiatives, share insights, and enhance the community experience
