About the role
The IT Operations Intern will assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the organizations IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and processes, contributing to seamless operational support and innovative solutions.
What you'll do
- Assist in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems
- Perform routine checks on system performance and report issues to the IT team
- Help resolve basic technical problems for end-users and escalate complex issues as needed
- Monitor network and server health using diagnostic tools
- Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to system availability
