About the role
Looking for a well-spoken Telesales Consultant with 1 to 2 years of experience, needs to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. They should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale. They are someone who is currently living in Bengaluru or are willing to relocate and can start immediately.
What you'll do
- Consistently embarking on an excellent first impression on call, delivering exceptional customer experience
- Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities with the help of scripts and presence of mind
- Going an 'extra mile' to create happy customers to drive loyalty and increase repeat purchase
- Contacting prospective clients / existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts
- Accurately record details of communication with customers
