About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager – Recruitment (IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts
