About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Manager – Recruitment (Non-IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end hiring activities across business functions through both lateral and campus recruitment initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across multiple levels
- Handle hiring for functions such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success, Training, and Academic Alliances
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, social hiring, and networking
- Conduct recruiter screening, salary discussions, interview coordination, and offer rollout
