About the role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical functions. The role requires deep expertise in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI), proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver with speed and agility in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute the end-to-end TA strategy across tech and non-tech functions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce plans and translate them into hiring strategies
- Deliver high-quality hires at scale, ensuring agility and responsiveness to business priorities
- Implement structured interview practices, with BEI as the core methodology
- Mentor and grow a high-performing TA team
