About the role
As an HR Talent Partner Support HRBP EMEA, you will drive impactful contributions across the employee lifecycle while supporting HR Business Partners in delivering people initiatives and operational excellence. You will be a key member of the HR team, collaborating with HRBPs, HR Shared Services, business leaders, and associates.
What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR queries and provide timely support and guidance
- Support HRBP activities including employee relations case management, absence management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate and support engagement programs, town halls, HR connects, newsletters, inductions, and recognition initiatives
- Drive HR cyclical activities including goal setting, quarterly check-ins, performance reviews, promotions, bonus reviews, and salary review processes
- Prepare, analyze, and report HR-related data, surveys, compliance metrics, and workforce insights to support business decision-making
