About the role
As a Talent Partner – India, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with the Talent Partner Head, business leaders, employees, and HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll.
What you'll do
- Provide HR support for Manager and below associates by assisting with both strategic and tactical HR initiatives for assigned business units
- Support the team in building effective working relationships with leaders and employees while helping address HR and business-related issues
- Assist with retention and engagement activities, including retention proposals, associate discussions, town halls, pulse checks, manager huddles
- Support HR operations by assisting associates with location or country-specific operational activities and helping coordinate day-to-day HR services
- Contribute to frontline manager enablement and career management activities by supporting manager programs, career conversations, reporting, and follow-up actions
