About the role
As a Talent Partner – India, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with Talent Partner Leads, business leaders, employees, and HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll.
What you'll do
- Provide HR partnership for Director and above associates by supporting both strategic and tactical initiatives for assigned business units
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees while providing guidance on HR policies, interpretation, and business-related issues
- Drive retention and engagement interventions through regular discussions, town halls, pulse checks, manager huddles, and virtual engagement initiatives
- Support frontline manager enablement and career management activities, including manager programs, career conversations, skill architecture refreshers
- Execute employee life-cycle processes such as merit increase, incentive administration, allowances, and YER grievance support
