About the role
This job provides financial reporting, revenue analysis, and billing audits. Produces and delivers reports, analyses, and audits to assess initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Establishes and sustains standard reporting metrics, quantitative data explanations, and continuous evaluation of alternatives and solutions.
What you'll do
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves customer account, order, and billing-related tickets, including statement discrepancies, adjustments, charge calculations
- Validates account, order, and billing data to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with established company policies, controls, and procedures
- Places or facilitates corrective orders and adjustments to resolve billing errors and account inconsistencies
- Monitors revenue and billing reports to identify variances, trends, recurring issues, and potential financial or customer impacts
- Performs error resolution and supports appropriate revenue recovery through accurate correction of billing codes, account information, or related data
