About the role
Position that manages key projects with External/Contract Manufacturing Partners that enable quicker, smoother growth and cost effectiveness for products in OCS Division. This position will work cross functionally and Globally with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, PLM, GSM & Quality.
What you'll do
- Ensure that External Manufacturers and key suppliers meet requirements for key projects
- Analyze and optimize forecasts to match production schedules and customer deliveries
- Analyze inventory data with recommendations to help position the business to lowest inventory level while supporting revenue targets
- Understand and manage product BOM, AVL, Process Maps and associated data
- Escort product data, from design stages through NPI and volume manufacturing into EOL stage
