About the role
The Process Engineer – Fiber, Cable & Connectivity Solutions is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable production of fiber, cable, and connectivity products. The role focuses on process standardization, yield improvement, defect reduction, and supporting new product introductions (NPI) while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
What you'll do
- Process Development & Optimization
- Optical fiber, fiber optic cables, copper cables
- Define process flow diagrams, work instructions, control plans, and SOPs
- Optimize processes to improve productivity, yield, and cost efficiency
- Establish and monitor critical process parameters and control limits
