About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agentforce Technical Team Lead with a strong blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience , including 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce and proven expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Provide technical direction and governance for Salesforce programs and projects
- Review and approve solution design, architecture artifacts and development standards
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, scalability and performance guidelines
- Drive innovation through adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and AI-powered solutions
